One of our biggest clients to date who we had the privilege to be working with for many projects throughout the years highly recommended us to this next client. This client lived in Victoria which was surprising since there are many designers locally in that area.

I am originally from Vancouver and have lived there for many years and have not been back for many years but to get offered a project in Victoria was a big treat for our company.

The client flew us to Victoria for a consultation and the minute we met with this new client it was an instant connection. For us it’s not just about a project but how we can connect with our clients. When you are able to connect in a way that it either is chemistry or how you instantly feel gratitude to be able to work with each other is something you can’t just create but it has to happen naturally. Even with the distance, our communication throughout the process during the pre-presentation was executed so well that we really got to understand and know our client.

When we presented our client, which was a 3-day process due to the fact there was a lot to present and didn’t want to overwhelm the new client. The scope had so many factors and elements to it since it was going to be a full renovation along with full re-styling of her condo.

Once again it was a success and nailed the presentation with her and so we proceeded.

The team we hired in Victoria was amazing and they really stepped up since I was unable to be there all the time. Many meetings over the phone daily was how we communicated to get to this point. We also had a time restraint due to the fact our client wanted to be home before Christmas. We only had 2 months to complete this project while the client moved out during the renovations. Many challenges came our way but our full attention to detail did not prevail at the least. Nothing ever goes your way during a renovation and to top that off with a time-sensitive situation during an upcoming holiday season.

But if you keep everything in close hands and work with a great team you can do just about anything. It did not stop us from completing this project in a timely manner.

This condo completely had an overhaul, and the results speaks for itself. Our happy client was so blown away she got all emotional. Her life story was something we all had in our minds and we wanted her to be proud of the new space we designed and created for her.
