Initially when we took this project on it was only for a paint, wallpaper and crowning consultation. When we met with the client and did a walk through in her house it got me thinking it needed more than what we there for. So, we made some suggestions during our walk thru since her home had such great character and structure.

She accepted the suggestions and allowed us to present her with all of our ideas. When we did our presentation, she loved the direction that we designed for her and so we proceeded to do a major renovation and styling throughout her main floor. There were actually pieces that she couldn’t part with, so this really gave us the idea to incorporate her style with some new contemporary pieces.

This is what we do and it’s not always about starting with a clean slate but to challenge us to create a space that is our client’s own taste along with creating an updated and more contemporary design. During the many months of the renovations the design ideas came to life right before our eyes. Our team worked hard to get it to where we initially presented to her months ago.

With all new flooring finishing, fireplace re-designed, coffered ceilings, crown molding, new baseboards, painting, wallpaper, lighting, custom drapery, new furniture pieces, re-upholstered pieces along with new finishes and touches this timeless elegant design was a work of art.
