After working with the Watermark Developments assisting them to select designs for their Villas that they were building they recommended us to our first client who purchased at the Villas.

When we did our consultation with this client who was moving out of their 5000 sq/ft home and downsizing to their new Villa. The challenge that our client was having is what to take and what to buy new to be able to have a stylish home that they can call home in their new villa. After going through what was ideal to keep the rest was on us to present them with the rest.

After our presentation, we proceeded to make their new space feel like home for them.

Downsizing is never easy since you have to really be particular about what you are going to have in the space for functionality and comfort. Also having a home that is stylish and timeless.

After some modifications in their new Villa, it was time to install the new furnishes and finish touches.

We really enjoyed working with this husband-and-wife duo and were pleased that the end results spoke for itself. With the new transformation and elegance, we had added to their new space it was definitely a proud moment for all.
